Change of IDEA!

After much negotiation the director (Josh Cole),  he has changed his idea. first idea for "london calling" was that he would want a pirate radio style themed music video. Something like this:

but now he has now changed it to a more performance based music video with a band and having them playing in front of a projector screen and you projector showing clips of video. Something like this:

he has changed the idea because he thinks that the second idea more suits the song then the first idea. he likes the style of the band performing with certain clips playing in the back ground like war clips from london and old archive footage.  

Booking the Big Room

I have booked the bring room this afternoon so that josh can take test shots on to see if what he wants will work with the lighting.

Finding Locations

Me and Josh are currently sorting out the locations that we will need for a music video, the ideas we have currently is that we will need the big room in the college for the green screen for certain clips for the song. We will also need the recording studio for the actor to sing to the mic to make it look like he is singing to the world via radio in his pirate radio. josh is also asking if i can find a abandon train track for a clip of a guy walking on his own for one of the verses.

Story Board so far

Director Josh has started the story board and what i'v seen so far it looks really good and it is do able.

He's got a good vision and i am liking the ideas that he is coming up with.

Calling London

i have been picked to be a producer for a music video. i have picked the song london calling which talks about the problems of london during the time. I am going to do a production Schedule to make sure what we need to do and by when.

this is what i got so far with the production schedule making sure that the director josh knows what to do and when to do it by when.  i will make sure everything will be done by the deadline!.
