The Evidence

i am showing you evidence again about me asking Jayne Jones, if we could book the dance studio this thursday to do some test shooting.

Also shows you evidence that i have book the Dance studio on the week after half term which will be our film day and hopefully we will finish. we have finished our video to project on to the wall in the dance studio room. we will also have the song on C.D. to give us a better idea and use the advantage of the sound system in the dance studio.

we have also thought of an idea at the start to fill in the pause at the start is that we are going to have a clip of the guitars plugging his guitar into a amplifier. sorta like this:

and this it will go straight into the song and with the countdown and then straight into the band playing and singing.

I think this will be good and the director also thinks it be a great idea to do this because it kinda like that it makes it more modern look to the song.

it be a good look for the music video and you be able to have a good camera shot and angles.

Call Out Sheet

Just Finishing off the call out sheet for the cast who are helping me in the music video i am producing, i have put the details on how to get to the college from were they are from by car,bus,train and of course told them the address, the date of filming will me on March 3rd at 9.00 am for two days.  we have our 4 band members and also we have helpers to help us with the lighting and holding out equipment.

We have change our location from the big room to the dance studio due to the dance studio having a big white wall instead of the big room having a small white wall and also because the dance studio has a big white wall its allows us to have more space to film and allows to have a bigger area to shoot and better angels.  We have decided to film on the March 3rd we have booked the project for that day, we are also trying to get some test shots in sometime this week to see how good we can do it.  i will be bring in some props to bring to help with the video, for example guitars and bass.

we are test shooting on thursday 9am - 11am hoping to get some clips and hoping anything will work.

Filming Date Set

Yes, the filming date has been set and we will be ready to go and film by then, filming we be done in 2 weeks time. cast have been sorted we have organised the cast and i will be observing them on a rehearsal sometime this week most likely Wednesday to see if they are ready for filming and know all the words. currently editing the projected achieve footage which will be projected in-front of the bad while they are playing. like you have seen before we are hoping to be something like this : 

Director is are playing to take shots of the band playing individually as well playing all together so   we will have different shots we can use for out film. we also have found locations we will need the big room is obvious the main one and also a deserted train track so we can film the part with the line "forget it about it brother, you can go it alone" we are planning to get someone walking by them selfs  down a deserted railway track.

StoryBoard

Storyboard is on its way since director had to make changes since (like i said in my last post) he changed the idea he wanted for the music video. currently negotiating with people to be in our video, we have a have a couple people who are willing to help us a be in the music video we also have a band which are the main feature of our music video. we thought it be a good idea to do this type of style because it different to the accrual video.

we book the "Big Room" last week and we tried out the projector shots and when looking over the video the shots worked out well.

in my opinion these test shots will work out even better with a band in front of it with bright colour so they stand out more while in the photos I'm where dark clothes. we did't have a few problems when shooting the test shots but then we changed the shutter speed and messed with the apitcher and got the quality pictures we have.
